person), meanwhile health care utilization in the U.S. \u2014 from doctor visits to surgeries \u2014 is generally lower than in other wealthy countries. The evidence continues to support the finding that higher prices \u2013 as opposed to higher utilization \u2013 explain the United States\u2019 high health spending relative to other high-income
